The OMX Follower is a 6-DOF robotic manipulator purpose-built for Physical AI applications such as imitation learning and teleoperation. Designed for precision and compatibility, it operates seamlessly within ROS 2-native workflows and integrates directly with LeRobot and other Physical AI tools.
Powered by DYNAMIXEL-X actuators (XL430-W250-T and XL330-M288-T) and featuring a 400 mm full reach, the Follower delivers smooth, accurate motion control suitable for a wide range of research and development tasks. It supports USB-C connectivity, TTL internal communications, and a 1 Mbps baudrate.
While this unit is part of the broader OMX Leader-Follower system, it also works exceptionally well as a standalone manipulator for researchers building custom imitation learning setups.
Note: This bundle does NOT include a camera, step-down converter (12V→5V), or SMPS power adapter for the Follower Arm. A compatible camera can be purchased separately via the link below.
